Dr. Remake Policy

Canterbury Vision will remake your glasses one time, at no charge, in the event of a Dr. error in your original prescription. Additional remakes will be done at usual and customary fees.

Refunds are not given on custom made prescription eyewear. Changes will be made to an original order within 30 days. Store credit will be given in the event of a change in price from the original order, to the follow up order. The patient will be charged for any additional costs added to the original order. Every effort will be made to correct any problem the customer may have with the original order, within 30 days.

Warranty

Canterbury Vision does not warranty lenses against scratching, chipping, cracking, or breakage of any kind. Specific products or coatings may offer scratch warranties, such as:

Crizal or Hi-Vision one year

Crizal with Scotchguard or EX3 two years

TD2 coating two years

Zeiss coatings one year

Canterbury Vision warranties any Frame purchased to be free from breakage caused by manufacturer defect, for one year. Damage caused by misuse or neglect, as determined by the Optician, not covered.
